Delete your Drachma account
You can request deletion of your Drachma account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete from inside the app
If you can sign in, open Drachma and go to Settings → Delete Account. This schedules your account for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
During the grace period, you can cancel deletion by signing back in and choosing to keep your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@getdrachma.app from the address linked to your Drachma account where possible.
- Use the subject Drachma account deletion request.
- Include the email address used for your Drachma account.
For security, we only process deletion requests after verifying ownership of the account. If the request comes from another email address, we will send confirmation to the account address before taking action.
What gets deleted
- transactions, categories, budgets, recurring payments, balances, refunds and account records
- app settings and preferences stored with your account
- attachments such as receipt images, bills, PDFs, screenshots and proof-of-purchase documents
- support tickets linked to your account
What may remain
If feedback was mirrored to GitHub, the issue may remain as technical issue history after the Supabase support ticket is deleted. Reply email addresses and account IDs are not copied to GitHub, but the message itself may identify you. Contact support@getdrachma.app to request that personal content be deleted or redacted.
Limited security logs, encrypted provider backups, or records required or permitted for legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute handling may remain until their applicable retention periods expire.
Timing
In-app deletion uses a 30-day grace period. Email requests are reviewed after identity/account checks, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
