Delete from inside the app

If you can sign in, open Drachma and go to Settings → Delete Account. This schedules your account for deletion after a 30-day grace period.

During the grace period, you can cancel deletion by signing back in and choosing to keep your account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to Drachma support. Please email us from the address linked to your Drachma account where possible.

  1. Email support@getdrachma.app.
  2. Use the subject Drachma account deletion request.
  3. Include the email address used for your Drachma account.
Request account deletion

For security, we only process deletion requests after verifying ownership of the account. If your request is not sent from the email address linked to your Drachma account, we will send a confirmation email to the account address before taking action.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your Drachma account and associated app data, including:

Deletion is permanent once completed. Export a backup from Drachma first if you want to keep a copy of your data.

Timing

In-app deletion uses a 30-day grace period. Email requests are reviewed by support and processed after identity/account checks. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Some limited records may be retained only where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
